The machine uses microcomputer programming control, frequency control, touch panel operation, high degree of automation.
Instructions for liquid filling
1, using plunger type metering pump filling, high precision; The structure of the pump adopts a quick-connecting disassembly mechanism, which is easy to clean and disinfect.
2, PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3, the filling needle is equipped with anti-drip device.
4. Filling accuracy ±05% filling two routine: 5-25ml (capacity customized by customers)
5, the machine shell and contact liquid parts are made of stainless steel material, fully in line with GMP standards.
