Yanfeng manufactures a modular range of gear units covering 0.12 kW geared motors up to 5,000 kW industrial gearboxes, with hardened and precision-ground alloy-steel gears, imported bearings and a three-layer polymer paint finish. Standard units ship from stock sizes; non-standard designs are engineered to order.

Catalogue ratings assume steady load, the stated daily operating time and a limited number of starts. For other duty, the required torque is multiplied by the driven-machine factor f1, the prime-mover factor f2 and the starting-frequency factor f3, and the result is compared with the permissible torque of the candidate size. Send us the application (driven machine, motor, hours per day, starts per hour, ambient temperature and mounting position M1–M6 / B3–V6) and our engineers will return a selection and a dimension drawing.
