Established in 1987 as Pingyang Plastic Machinery General Factory, later renamed Yanfeng Plastic Machinery General Plant and, in 2009, Yanfeng Group Co., Ltd., the company is a state-level high and new technological enterprise integrated with scientific research, development, manufacture, sales and service. It is a key member of the China Plastic Machinery Industry Association, the China Plastic Process Industry Association and the China Packaging Association, holds its own import and export licence, and is a member of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME).
Covering a construction area of 60,000 m², Yanfeng owns more than 200 sets of processing machine tools, including over 60 high-precision numerical-control machine tools and test machines, with fixed assets of over 83 million US dollars. It has set up a provincial high-tech enterprise research and development centre. Among the new technologies and products developed, 109 have obtained national invention and utility-model patents, and the company holds the title of “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” from the State Intellectual Property Office. The “Yanfeng brand” series of plastic machinery has been named a Wenzhou and Zhejiang famous brand for more than 20 consecutive years.
Yanfeng developed China's first energy-saving four-shuttle circular loom driven by a 1.5 kW motor, the first super-large active-roller tape drawing machine with touch-screen numerical control of the drawing ratio by servo motor, the first intelligent touch-screen circular loom with on-line remote management, and the intelligent PLC-controlled reverse lamination machine. Its suspension circular loom is the basis of the “Made in Zhejiang” group standard drafted by the company in 2021.
On the power-transmission side, the group manufactures R/F/K/S helical geared motors, P series planetary reducers, H/B series high-power industrial gearboxes, ZDY/DBY cylindrical and bevel-cylindrical reducers, T series spiral-bevel gearboxes and SWL worm-gear screw jacks, and provides non-standard designs and full customisation. Products are sold nationally and internationally, including the United States, Russia, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Korea, the Middle East and Africa.

Pre-sales and after-sales support
Pre-sales. Tell us the working environment, product (bag size, fabric weight, raw material) and target output, and our engineers will tailor a complete design scheme: line configuration, layout drawing, power and utility requirements.
After-sales. The free maintenance period is one year after delivery. Within it, Yanfeng is responsible for maintenance and debugging arising from quality problems of its products and provides spare parts for replacement free of charge. After delivery the company tracks the products in service; the commercial office keeps a customer file and a complaint line. Where a product is damaged by improper use, a maintenance plan is agreed with the customer and completed in time. After the warranty period Yanfeng continues to maintain the product, with service costs borne by the customer.
