Inserted through the vacant main axle of the loom body, the double-layer coextruded film will be rewound together with the fabric. In this way, the fabric with liner can be made into laminated bags with the help of reverse lamination machine. With moisture-proof, the laminated fabric made in this way looks beautiful and even, and it can also be conveniently piled. It is the ideal equipment for the production of woven bags for fertilizer, chemical materials animal feed and sugar etc.

Little Cam Four-shuttle / Six-shuttle Circular Loom
CEThe swing arm type oil-free little cam circular loom, developed by our company in 2008, is an initiate in China (Patent No. ZL200820166333.1). It has advantage of low noise and contributes a lot to energy-saving and cost-reducing in China. Swing lever has dust cover to increase its lifespan more than doubled (Patent No. ZL201310737523.X). It adopts frequency control and has the function of automatic stop when the weft or warp is broken or finished. The touch screen microcomputer intelligent control system can be added according to customer's requirement. It can be changed to the machine with liner-inserting, which can do both standard woven bag or woven bag with liner inside.
