This machine gets the tubular fabric with liner heated and then the liner can be laminated with the fabric strongly. With moisture-proof, the laminated fabric made in this way looks beautiful and even, and it can also be conveniently piled. It is the ideal equipment for the production of woven bags for fertilizer, chemical materials, animal feed and sugar etc.
With PLC centralized control, touch-screen operation, automatic temperature and speed control as well as malfunction alarming, it achieves the integration of mechanics and electronics. The temperature and speed can be adjusted either manually or automatically to get the fabric and liner laminated synchronously. It adopts pneumatic frictional rewinder driven by torque motor, which can get flat and even fabric roll.
